My focus as a coach is to change the relationship my clients have with themselves, and in turn with others. My goal is to help improve my client’s qualities of life, gain self-confidence and love, and really embrace & come into the person they are meant to be. By working on themselves from the inside out and creating new habits and lifestyle changes that will support their own mental and physical growth, my clients will be able to become the person they’ve dreamed of being inside and out!

The Process is Like a Book
The Dedication
Getting to know your thoughts, emotions, and the physical sensations that match them.
The Foreward
Taking the time to work on managing the things we uncovered during the dedication phase. Can include journaling, limiting beliefs, stress management & distress tolerance techniques, inner child work, meditation.
The Prologue
Reinforcing and continuing to apply the things learned during the foreword. Diving deeper into mindset work, releasing your past self, trauma, and allowing yourself to come into your present self.
The Epilogue
Maintaining the work done during the prologue phase. Continuing to work on coming into your present self and manifesting your future self.
